While I don't love this title, it's the blogger's title so I'll leave it be. I have to preface posting this article saying that I don't think we should throw out "evangelism" in the traditional sense. Evangelism means many things. So to say missional living is better than evangelism doesn't make sense. Evangelism is sharing Jesus. The way you go about it can look differently from person to person.
When done with love and when led by the Holy Spirit, stranger evangelism on the street has it's place and can be very impactful and doesn't need to be replaced.
But this article is GREAT in sharing the feelings that many have toward the cookie-cutter style of evangelism we all think of and perhaps dread. She shares about missional living--something Noah and I really value and champion It's a whole other concept. It means going beyond the stereotypical style of evangelism and being intentional with your way of living, especially in a relational way with others in your immediate community of friends and neighbors.
