Noah and I have been noticing all the fabulously unique and meaningful names that friends are naming their kids in recent years. Especially around here on the YWAM Kona base, we've come across some pretty rad ones!
How cool are these names of some missionary kids we've met!? Valor, Ariel, Seven, Anchor, Harvest, Rejoyce, Kyndness, Shine, Selah, Arrow, Rhema, Hadassah... and let's not forget Sparrow!
There is a shift in my generation of moving away from popular names and going for unique, nontraditional names.
I think the season of Jessica, Michael, Elizabeth, Matthew, David and Anne is over... at least for now. I'm sure we'll see those names pop back up a few generations from now!
